i have (new)mvl g81 hand set(use opramini prowser)with bsnlprepaid connection.so i stort gprs i doing all setting (manual).but server said gprs not supported pls help me sir

i have micromex q2 mobile. used the bsnl prepaid sim but i can’t acess the gprs setting but i was do 2 to 3 time gprs setting from coustmer care but not sucessfull. so pls help
