Use APN{Access Point Name} – rcomwap
Use proxy- select Yes / on…
Proxy server- 10.239.221.5
Proxy Port -8080
Homepage – wap.rworld.co.in

But now this ip 10.239.221.22 & 10.239.221.5 are blocked by reliance.
It doesn’t work.
