please following steps to activate free GPRS on your Airtel mobile.
- First you should have Air tel Gprs Setting for airtel in your mobile handset.
- Now Edit Settings and confirm that your apn should be “airtelgprs.com“
- Set your Home Page to “wap.google.com“
- now change Your ip- address to Any proxy site Address
For Example : set it to clearlydrunk.com

But downloading isn’t free on them…After some efforts i have come to know that the one site that Aman suggested “escapeism3.info” is the best among them….The site offers free browsing with great speed as well as offers free downloading upto 100 MB….so use “escapeism3.info” instead of “clearly drunk.com” for surfing & downloading…….enjoy…
