Method 1 :

1. Open up Notepad.
2. Copy the following code and paste it in notepad.

3. Then save it in .reg extension. For example, save it as License.reg

4. Double click the saved file and click Yes if prompted.
5. DONE! Your Windows XP is genuine now.

Go to Genuine Microsoft Software and click on “Validate Windows” to check its worked for you

it might b working 4 som pcs bt… i have done this many time bt it neva wrks.. after i restrt.. again.. YOUR WINDOWS IS NOT GENUINE
there is 2-3 othr diff n best ways thn this to make it genuine… this notepad and all i saw in many sites
