I’ve A Photon Plus+ and I want to unlock it so that I can use another sim, but the problem is that it has MEID no. and not EMEI, so I don’t know how to unlock it. Please suggest. Thank you.

Can you help me with firmware of Huawei EC 1260-2, I really need that, or perhaps the newer version. The IMEI no,: 5102 8993 0314 454.
BTW, since i never did unlock modem, what is the worst thing that can happened if do something wrong when unlocking the modem ? and what program can i used to change the port after the modem was unlocked. thx
